ای دل پس از این غصهٔ ایام مخور مرسوم طمع مدار و تشریف مپوش

Ey del pas az in ghosse-ye ayyām makhor / Marsum-e tama' madār o tashrif mapush

O heart, no longer grieve over the sorrows of the age; hold no habit of greed, and wear no robe of vain honor.
